Whatever is distracting you today, let it go (sorry, I couldn’t resist!) because Disney has revealed new details about Frozen 2. A brand new poster has been unveiled, which you can take a look at below and it has also been revealed that Evan Rachel Wood will play Princess Elsa’s mother in flashbacks.
The Frozen 2 information was shared at Disney D23 event in Anaheim, California, this weekend. The audience saw Elsa’s parents and heard a new song that’ll hopefully be released soon for the animated musical sequel.
The sequel to the animation hit is being brought to the big screen by Academy Award-winning team directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, and producer Peter Del Vecho.
FROZEN 2 features the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, and the music of Oscar-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.
The highly-anticipated sequel, Frozen 2, will see the return of stars Kristen Bell (The Good Place), Idina Menzel and Josh Gad (Murder on the Orient Express), as well as the additions of Sterling K. Brown (This is Us) and Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld).

There is a lot of excitement about the sequel as the first film was the smash hit of 2013. It was loved by children – and big children – all around the world and bagged an impressive $1.2 billion worldwide. This meant that the Disney movie is the highest-grossing animated film of all-time. Those statistics may come as no surprise as the movie was a raving success with audiences and critics alike.
